Name recognition is a wonderful thing, and Trump has had no problem selling out tower number 1. Tower number 2 was announced on a recent Apprentice show, and demand was robust once again. Early reservations require a $10,000 deposit, but that is fully refundable. Tower 2 could end up being even a better investment, as it closer to Las Vegas Boulevard and will have better views. Studios are starting in the low $600s, 1 bedrooms just under a million, and penthouses at $2.8 million. Prices will go up 3 to 4 thousand per floor as you go up. All units are being sold fully furnished, providing a great way for a vacation home to pay for itself. |
